Ingredients
- 1 cup of cube daikon
- 1 teaspoon mushroom stock powder
Instructions
- Skin and cube the daikon.
- Add daikon to pot and cover with water to about an inch above the cubes.
- Boil for 30 minutes. Keep an eye on the water level every now and then to ensure the water doesn't evaporate completely. Add more water if needed.
- Daikon is cooked once it's no longer opaque and you can see transparency.
- Drain daikon cubes. Leave to cool before keeping.
